Violet Olalekan-Alabi
Financial Wellness Advocate | Humanitarian Leader | Community Builder || Counsellor
Violet Olalekan-Alabi is a passionate humanitarian and financial wellness advocate whose life’s work is centered on uplifting women, empowering families, and transforming vulnerable communities across Nigeria.
With over 15 years experience in the banking sector, specializing in investment banking and managing high-net-worth clients; Violet brings a wealth of financial expertise and compassion to the communities she serves. She holds an MBA from the Netherlands Business School, alongside certifications in Train the Trainer, International Digital Facilitation, and AI Prompt Engineering from La Plage Meta Verse.
Her greatest impact, however, comes from her role as the visionary behind Hepsibah Mommies Initiatives, a nonprofit organization committed to empowering single mothers, fighting hunger, and restoring dignity to marginalized communities. Under her leadership, the NGO has carried out numerous interventions across the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja, delivering food relief, skills training, emotional support, and holistic empowerment to women and families in need.
Through Project 1000, the organization’s flagship initiative (now known as Hepsibah Pantry Of Hope), Violet has spearheaded community outreaches that have fed thousands of families, empowered women to become self-confident, and provided hope where it once seemed lost. Her work is grounded in empathy, faith, and the belief that every woman deserves a second chance, and every child deserves a full plate.
In addition to her humanitarian efforts, Violet is a dedicated mentor and speaker who continues to raise awareness around financial literacy, responsible stewardship, and community development. She also served on the board of Benford International School contributing her insights to education and youth development.
When she’s not leading outreach efforts or facilitating financial wellness workshops, Violet finds joy in worship, traveling with family, learning new things, and making meaningful connections that reflect her values of service and love.
